Mira Road is residential hub where almost every comes to Mumbai city
for work. Therefore, travelling is major issue office goer. Following
are the available options –

  • Rail – Also
    called life of Mumbai, Mira Road is on the Western Railway of the
    Mumbai Suburban Railway and fast train halt here. It easy to reach
    Borivali, Andheri, Bandra, Dadar, Mumbai Central and Churchgate.

    • Try to catch the train starting from Bhayandar and Vasai Road.
    • There are few trains which are till Andheri, Bandra

  • Road – If you own two or four vehicle, you can cross Dahisar toll naka and catch Western Express Highway to reach your office.
  • Bus Services

      They are available to reach Marol, Mulund, Santacruz, Mahim and Sion.
      Several
      Western and central suburbs are thus conveniently connected. The BEST
      operates these buses under the 700 number series.
    • MSRTC or ST buses also operates in Mira Road. These buses are good to reach Thane station via Ghodbunder Road.
    • The Thane Municipal Transport (TMT) operates in Mira Road and runs between Thane Railway Station West and Mira Road
      Railway Station.
    • The Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport (NMMT) has introduced its new
      service route from Vashi to Bhayandar (East).
    • The Mira-Bhayandar Municipal Transport ~ MBMT has local bus services
      connecting interconnecting various places in the Mira-Bhayandar area.
  • Private Vehicles – Apart from government transaportation, Private vehicles (Call
    Center Vehicles) are also easily available from Golden Nest circle and on Mira-Bhayandar Road for
    Andheri and Thane at very cheap rates as low as Rs.40, office going
    people during morning peak hours easily gets this vehicles popularly
    from Golden Nest Circle and other important Bus Stops through Mira
    Bhayandar Road.
